If, however, you change your mind about a purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in a re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products (unless the product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law). If you wish to return your product, please email hello@zo-zoi.com and we will send an address for you to return your unopened product(s) to us. We must receive your returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

Gut³ contains natural flavours, making it delicious to consume. However, they are only used in quantities needed to improve the flavour profiles of the product. All flavours used are also of the highest quality, meeting stringent food safety regulations and standards. Gut³ does not contain colouring.
